The Warm Welcome Campaign

Launched in 2022, the Warm Welcome Campaign has a bold purpose to enable a more deeply connected society where we all have access to welcoming community spaces.

Bristol Thriving Communities

Bristol Thriving Communities is a local expression of lots of Good Faith’s work. The project has three key aims: to develop and strengthen inter-church partnership; to invest in building cohesive communities through Bristol Warm Welcome Spaces; and creating opportunities for the church to strategically partner with city partners.

Bristol Welcome Hubs

Since 2022, Good Faith Partnership has coordinated a series of Welcome Hubs for Ukrainians living in Bristol. These spaces communicate an ongoing warm welcome, and offer an infrastructure for support, engagement and integration to new arrivals.

ChurchWorks

Launched in 2021, ChurchWorks is a unique platform that enables churches to work together, and with government, to find new and better ways to support the most vulnerable in our communities.

ChurchWorks Accelerate Wellbeing

Accelerate Wellbeing works with Christian projects already demonstrating the impact of their work for the local community and who are interested in exploring whether and how their initiative could be replicated in other communities or scaled across the health system. Over the three-year programme, Good Faith staff are helping provide research, workshops, and support to connect projects with new partners.

Free For All

Free For all exists to promote Freedom of Religion or Belief (FoRB) as a fundamental right serving the common good globally, and contributing significantly to the creation and maintenance of free, tolerant, open, plural and harmonious societies. We do that through resourcing interaction between FoRB-oriented civil society organisations; promoting faith-friendly and faith-literate workplaces; and developing a hub for educational resources in global freedom of religion or belief.

Historic England consultancy

Commissioned by Historic England, Good Faith is producing resources that will help places of worship navigate and increasingly complex funding landscape for building maintenance, repairs and renewal.

Historic England research

Through ChurchWorks, Good Faith undertook research that made a compelling case for investing in historic church buildings where Warm Welcome Spaces meet. Warm Welcome Spaces contribute to significant increases in individual and community wellbeing. Alongside this research, ChurchWorks produced a practical guide to help churches make the most of their heritage spaces for community benefit.

MAF UK

MAF-UK has commissioned Good Faith to help to increase its profile in Parliament, and to build significant, long-term, strategic networking opportunities with MPs, Peers and senior staff.

Tearfund

Good Faith supported Tearfund in a review of its public affairs impact and the development of a number of recommendations for how to increase its impact in this area, despite a significant reduction in internal public affairs capacity. The work was very well-received by Tearfund staff, who used the recommendations in their work and saw positive change as a result.
