Inés has over a decade of experience working across the charity and social justice sectors, specialising in HR and organisational development, and previously ran her own HR consultancy. She has worked extensively with senior leaders and boards to build inclusive workplace cultures and embed people practices which are both compassionate and pragmatic. Inés studied English at the University of Exeter and also has an MA in Creative Writing from Birkbeck.
