The Khalili Foundation

The Good Faith Partnership has been working with the Khalili Foundation to create a legacy within the areas of cultural philanthropy, education and interfaith relations. The Foundation has supported and driven a number of internationally recognised projects that use the power of art, culture, education and the natural environment to bring people together. Its partners include UNESCO and the Commonwealth.

The Good Faith Partnership were honoured to work with Professor Sir David Khalili, a leading international philanthropist and collector, whose tireless efforts are driven by a deep-seated conviction that cultural philanthropy and interfaith harmony have the power to unite a broken world as one global family. We were entrusted with building the key messaging to communicate his vision of the power of faith in humanity, cultural philanthropy and cultural diplomacy.

The Good Faith Partnership organised a series of high profile events to promote the life and work of Sir David, including a panel discussion on The Democratisation of Culture, with Neil Macgregor, former director of the National Gallery and the British Museum, moderated by Anne McElvoy, Senior Editor at The Economist, in partnership with Aspen UK. This enriching and fascinating conversation is available as an Aspen UK podcast at https://www.aspenuk.org/events/the-democratisation-of-culture/

“That was a truly splendid discussion. What a cast! Cheered me up no end to ponder a few beautiful objects after the Covid-enforced desert of the past several months.”

“I enjoyed the real conversation between the panellists, less formal than most other online events I have watched, and more engaging.”

“What a fascinating webinar that was. Really full of insights and the panellists were all so personable. Thank you.”
